GCREA 2009-2010 Goals

·         Continue to participate in/support the Gwinnett Children's Shelter, Read Across America, and Hands Are Not for Hitting.

·         Increase membership by a net of 5% by the conclusion of the fiscal year.

·         Promote awareness among members of legislation and organizational policies that affect retirees.

·         Contact members prior to each of our seven meetings in order to increase attendance.

·         Support activities of the GREA Foundation, GRE Museum, and Archives and History Committee.

·         Increase auction proceeds from the previous year.

·         Update bylaws and history.

·         Increase Scholarship Award.
